In the desire to go towards god, a true and sincere prayer is the path. Prayer is nothing but opening the doors of our heart to let in God and let out self, to lelt in love and let out hate, to let in faith and let out fear, to let in humility and let out arrogance.

Prayer means not bargaining. We should not be greedy in asking more and more from the God through prayer. It is only through prayer one can discover a way to serve and know the purpose of our birth. This will help us to know oneself within ourself.

In prayer, one expose their weaknesses to oneself and to God, seeking His grace to attune our lives to His goodness, to His love, to His justice, to His kindness.

Prayer does not have caste, creed, or colour. Prayer does not change the God, it changes oneself. It deepens insight, expands consciousness, works as a healing force. It transforms personality.

Prayer brings God into our relationship with our fellow men. We get deeper and wiser knowledge to respond to other needs.

Through prayer one should surrender oneself to God. This cannot happen all of a sudden. A constant and continuous practice will help us to achieve this. Through this practice one can reach the highest purpose, aims and ideals of one’s life. Prayer is a window through which the rays of God will reach us.

Prayer and meditations are the two eyes through we can see the God.
